Sarah uses her background in corporate technology sales to quickly assess her clients needs.
Her solutions oriented, can-do personality works to find win-win results. Her passion for her

A resident of Atlanta for over 40 years, Sarah “knows” Atlanta; a true neighborhood expert.
Sarah lives in Morningside with her husband, Peter and their two dogs, Emma and Cody.

Lisa Black

Lisa is the Lead Buyer’s Specialist for the Chatel Group and a Certified Luxury Agent. Helping to elevate every client’s experience from satisfying to extraordinary is Lisa’s priority.

Ensuring all clients receive a Concierge Experience, Lisa performs extensive evaluations of properties of interest based on a clear understanding of the particular clients’ needs and wants. She strategically negotiates contracts, attends and advises on inspections, and provides an extensive list of professionals to assist with various needs that arise. After the real estate experience is over, Lisa prides herself on maintaining client relationships by planning and organizing multiple Chatel Group events and outings where clients can interact and socialize with their families.

Having relocated both domestically and internationally, Lisa understands the unique challenges and needs of international and local clients. Lisa and her family have maintained a home in the heart of Sandy Springs since January 2000. She is a very active member in the community participating in a wide variety of organizations.
